The house is clad in Pretty Plastic’s ‘First One‘ Panels in various shades of grey, and spans 175 square meters. The design beautifully integrates recycled PVC and exudes harmony with its natural surroundings, merging the recycled panels seamlessly with the lush greenery around it.
For this project, Pretty Plastic recycled an impressive 4,114 kilograms of PVC plastic, showcasing the transformative power of sustainable materials in architecture.
The panels are not only aesthetic but also practical. Their ease of installation allows for versatility, as the panels can be easily cut for corners and window frames, reducing material waste. Any excess material can be returned to Pretty Plastic for recycling, ensuring a closed-loop system where nothing goes to waste.
Beyond the visual appeal, the house features solar panels on the roof, amplifying its energy efficiency and demonstrating a strong commitment to eco-conscious living. The sustainable nature of the project extends beyond the panels, reinforcing the idea that environmentally responsible design can be both functional and beautiful.
This project is a perfect example of how modern homes can embrace sustainability without compromising on design. With this residence, Pretty Plastic continues to push the boundaries of what recycled materials can achieve, creating buildings that are as kind to the planet as they are to the eye.
