Vijverhof is more than just a place to live; it embodies the concept of “Living in the Green.” Nestled at the edge of the forest and just a short bike ride from the centre of Nijmegen, the neighbourhood is designed to promote an eco-conscious lifestyle, with walking paths that connect to the surrounding nature and shared spaces for community interaction.

At the heart of this transformation is a commitment to minimising new construction and maximising the use of recycled and reusable materials. Pretty Plastic’s ‘First One‘ panels, made from 100% recycled PVC, are featured prominently on the building’s facade, covering 240 square metres.

By incorporating these panels, the project diverted 5,808 kilograms of plastic waste from landfill, highlighting our shared commitment to a circular economy.
