How it's madePretty Plastic Panels

Upcycling as much waste as possible and turning it into unique and beautiful building materials. That is our mission.

Plastic is widely considered one of the most challenging waste streams. First-generation PVC windows and doors generate more than 400,000 tonnes of waste per year in Europe alone.

Repurposing this material not only helps mitigate the issue but also transforms it into a stunning, long-lasting solution when used for design wall cladding.

Plastic waste as a resource

FRONT® Pretty Plastic Panels - How It's Made
There is a growing influx of first-generation plastic windows and doors, primarily PVC frames, as they become more commonly used in construction. As buildings are demolished, an increasing volume of this material is being discarded, with limited recycling options, often leaving landfill as the only available solution.

These old window frames, downspouts and rain gutters are collected, to form the only ingredient for the Pretty Plastic Panels.

Production Process

The 100% recycled PVC granulate is blended with selected colours and tints.

After heating, the granulate forms a thick paste.

The paste is pressed into moulds, giving the Pretty Plastic Panels their unique shape.

Robot arms, operating 24/7, finalize each tile ‘by hand’.

We’re looking forward to creating beautiful and sustainable buildings together!
